Some of my friends may find it hard to develop a flex layout for input box and try to use funky CSS/JS tricks to fix achieve that goal.

Good solution but the order of elements within the HTML is wrong - the button should really come after the input within the source code (for assistive technologies). It might be harder to create a solution that orders the HTML elements in the correct order (and don’t get me wrong, I still think the solution id good!)
